1. Who we are

This website is operated by MYBROWS, a business established in Bulgaria. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean MYBROWS. You can reach us at support@mybrows.shop.

2. Acceptance

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these Terms of Service together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

4. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but colours render differently on different screens and product photography is illustrative. Shade names are a guide; the result on your own brows depends on your natural hair colour and on how the product is applied.

5. Cosmetic product — please read

MYBROWS is a cosmetic product for external use on the brow area only. Keep it away from the eyes. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, stop using it immediately. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, patch-test on a small area of skin first. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Keep out of the reach of children.

6. Prices, currency, and errors

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate and may add a fee. Prices and promotions can change at any time before you place an order. Where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

7. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where payment is declined or flagged, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

8. Promotions and bundles

Multi-kit bundle prices are applied automatically at checkout. Bundle prices cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we say otherwise, and any promotion may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The MYBROWS name, the content of this site, and its design are ours or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

10. Anything you send us

If you send us a photograph, a review, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our products. You confirm the material is yours to give and infringes nobody else’s rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
